What is the difference between a contact & an Opporunity?

A contact is a person/business (D2C, WLP, or B2BP). An avatar that you want to keep record of. An Opportunity is a specific deal tied to them in your sales pipeline.

Why does my CRM have someone else name on the top left custom side bar?

If you are a Membership Director:
Market Vice Presidents have direct authority over a teams CRM set up. That name should reflect the name of your designated MVP.

If you are a Market Vice President:
If you see someone else's name please submit a support ticket immediately.

How do I import a contact list?

Contacts Tab > Import Button

You must make sure that the fields you import are matched properly before import.

How Do I move an opportunity through the right stages?

In the opportunities tab you can drag and drop the opportunity. Their is another option in the contact record as a drop down tile.
